Just a brief message to let everyone know that the Information and Records Management Society have release a revised 2019 edition of the Information Management Toolkit for Schools.
The previous versions have been really useful reference material, particularly for document retention details, and this new version has been updated based on more recent legislation including GDPR and the Data protection Act 2019.
Unfortunately it is not available as a PDF download to non-members of the Information and Records Management Society this time; it is only as an online document, which can be accessed at:-

I am a member of the IRMS and feel the annual membership of £90.00 represents good value for the resources available to me, but obviously appreciate tight school budgets may necessitate using the online version.
