Millions using easy-to-guess passwords on sensitive accounts

The BBC News website has today published an article about people still using passwords that almost invite hackers to steal their data.

The article can be found at:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-47974583

It seems incredible that people are still using things as commonplace as 123456, password, qwerty or their own name as passwords for account containing sensitive personal data or financial information.

If you are using something simple think again. I would recommend you use at least eight characters which are a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numerals and symbols. A strong password makes the need to change it as frequently far less important too!
